These application are for condonation of delay and for restoration of respective First Appeals, registration of which stood refused by operation of conditional order dated 01-03-2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) on failure of the respective applicants to remove office objections.

Learned Advocate for the applicants / original appellants submits that applicants are ready and willing to remove office objections within two weeks. He also undertakes to diligently argue the matters, if the First Appeals are restored after removal of office objection. 3.
In view of the said statement and considering the reasons disclosed in the applications, and in order to give fair opportunity to the applicants to argue the matters on merits, applications need to be allowed. Hence the following order :
-4ORDER (I) All the applications stand allowed.
(ii) The delay in filing applications for restoration is condoned. (iii) Order dated 01-03-2022 passed by Registrar (Judicial) is set aside and the First Appeals are restored, subject to the applicants removing office objections within a period of two weeks from today. (iv) Registry to register the First Appeals if the office objections are removed within two weeks from today.
(v) On failure to meet the timeline for removing office objections, the matters shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
