Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned A.G.P. appearing for the State.

Since there is innocuous prayer in the Petition in as much as directions are sought against Respondent authorities to decide the representations filed by the Petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of the Petition with directions to Respondent No.2 to decide the representations filed by the Petitioner.

Accordingly, Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representations filed by the Petitioner dated 22nd August, 2012, 24th November, 2014 and 29th January, 2015, if already not decided, as expeditiously as possible, however
within eight weeks from today. Needless to observe that in case Respondent No.2 feel it appropriate to adhere to the principles of natural justice, it would be open for Respondent No.2 to do so.
