ORDER:
.
Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. The present petition is filed challenging the rejection of the interim relief application by the Labour Court, which order has been confirmed by the Industrial Court. Both the aforesaid orders are challenged in the present petition. Admittedly, the Petitioner has been dismissed from services after conducting a Departmental Enquiry against him. Though it is the contention of the Petitioner that the Departmental Enquiry conducted against him was not fair and proper, and further that the findings recorded by the Enquiry Officer are perverse, this objection could not have been considered by the Labour Court at the interim stage. In the circumstances, stating elaborate reasons, the Labour Court has rejected the application filed by the

The Industrial Court has confirmed the said order by rejecting the revision application filed by the present Petitioner against the said order. On perusal of the impugned orders, it does not appear to me that any case is made out by the Petitioner for causing any interference in the orders so passed. The writ petition do not possess any merit and deserve to be dismissed. It is accordingly dismissed.
