Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 28.01.2022 passed by the learned Deputy Director of Land Records, Nashik Region, Nashik.

After going through the order passed by respondent no.2/Deputy Director of Land Records, it reveals that the petitioner is having an alternate efficacious remedy under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code to file revision before the State Government. 4.

In view thereof, writ petition is disposed of as not maintainable. All points kept open.

The petitioner is at liberty to file revision before the State Government within a period of six weeks from today.
