Learned advocate for the applicant submits that delay of 10 and 17 days respectively are caused in filing the respective appeals. He submits that delay is neither deliberate nor intentional. He prays to

The learned advocates for the respondents strongly oppose the applications and submit that there is no sufficient reason to condone the delay and prays to reject the applications.

Perused the applications. Considering the reasons stated therein, the applications deserve to be allowed in the interest of justice. The applications are accordingly allowed. The delay of 10 and 17 days caused in filing the appeals is hereby condoned.
