The petitioner is before us with a prayer that his pending claim in respect of Tadvi Tribe, be decided by the Competent Committee at Aurangabad within a time frame.

The learned AGP submits that the Vigilance Enquiry Report is ready and if the petitioner collects the said report, he can participate in the hearing scheduled on 27.09.2022 at Aurangabad. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would collect the report within 2 days from the Committee and would participate in the hearing khs/Sept.2022/6143

- 2 - on 27.09.2022. The learned AGP submits that within 6 weeks thereafter, a decision would be pronounced.

By recording the above statements, this petition is disposed off. The petitioner would collect the Vigilance Enquiry Report from respondent No.2, on or before 14.09.2022. Since he agrees to appear before the Committee on 27.09.2022 at 11.00 a.m., he would be at liberty to submit written submissions / written notes of arguments. The Committee would endeavour to deliver it's order in the said proceedings, on or before 15.11.2022.
