The present Civil Applications are filed seeking intervention in the matter. The learned counsel filing the intervention applications and the Writ Petition is same. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interveners have a common interest with the original Writ Petition. 2.

In that case, the applications ought to be for adding them as petitioners in the original Writ Petition upon payment of the necessary Court fees.

In view of that, the present Civil Applications are treated as an applications for addition of the parties to the Writ Petition. The original Writ Petitioner may add the present applicants as party to the present Writ Petition upon payment of necessary Court fees.

Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of fourteen (14) days.
