According to the petitioner, the petitioner is serving with the minority institute. Mr. Kagne, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, TET is now scheduled in January 2020.

According to the learned advocate for the petitioner the same is scheduled in the last week of January 2020. The petitioner may appear in the said examination without prejudice to rights and contentions of either of the parties. 3.

The learned A. G. P. further submits that, decision with regard to acquiring TET qualification would depend upon the decision of the Larger Bench of this Court and the Apex Court.

2 wp 5503.18 Till then salary of the persons approved would continue. Naturally, the respondents can take further decision with regard to approvals, which are already granted and those candidates not possessing TET qualification pursuant to the decision of the Full Bench of this Court and the Apex Court.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
