The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that that respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer on 10th October 2019 has communicated to respondent No.2-Divisional Commissioner about entitlement of the petitioner for the post of Extension Officer (Statistical). The learned Counsel submits that thereafter the Deputy Commissioner (Administration) has communicated the Chief Executive Officer that it is the authority to take decision upon the same.

In the light of above, the Chief Executive Officer shall take decision about entitlement of the petitioner as Extension Officer, within three months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
