Mr Talhar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal was sought to be submitted seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner no.3. The same is not accepted by the Education Officer.

Mr Karlekar, learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioners no.1 & 2 have not submitted any proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner no.3.

The petitioners may submit the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner no.3 afresh with respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 shall accept the said proposal, if submitted by petitioners seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner no.3 and shall take decision upon the said proposal on its own merits in accordance with law and policy expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the receipt of the proposal.
