The Applicant prays for recalling the order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 23.04.2018 by which, the petition was refused registration for non removal of office objections. Delay of 35 days is sought to be condoned.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause B. Since the delay is of only 35 days, I am not imposing costs.

The Applicant shall remove all office objections on or before 02.08.2018, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and then this Civil Application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 03.08.2018.
