Present application has been filed by the applicant to assist APP. Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner.

It is to be noted that present applicant is not informant. She says that she had given amount to the informant, who is stated to be the agent of the accused/applicant who is seeking bail. Since the applicant is not the informant and the perusal of the First Information Report would show that she had given information as to who had given amount to him, at the most, if

Cri.Appln_1267_2021 at all the applicant has any kind of right, then it is to approach to the Investigating Officer or file a separate First Information Report, if she desires. However, she cannot be taken to be a person who can object to the bail application and, therefore, this application for assisting APP cannot be allowed. It stands disposed of.
