By this application, applicant seeks permission to bring on record legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2 Narayan Ramdas Patil and also seeks to set aside the abatement and condonation of delay. 2, Applicant explained the reason for delay condonation in para A. to F of the application.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application and the submissions advanced, a case is made out to condone the delay. Delay is condoned. Similarly, death certificate is placed on record

{2} 54 sr.no..odt depicting that respondent died on 27.10.2020 (during COVID period). Consequently, application deserves to be allowed. Same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) (C) and (D) and disposed of. Amendment be carried out within two weeks.
