In these matters though respondent, i.e. original claimants in respective Reference Applications are duly served, none of them has entered appearance in the present matters.
2) Delay of 494 days has occurred in filing the present appeals by the acquiring body. In para 3 and 4 of the applications, reasons are assigned for occurrence of the delay. According to me, the delay has been sufficiently explained. In that view of the matter, all the applications for condonation of delay are allowed and disposed of. The delay cause in filing the respective appeals is condoned. The appeals be registered in accordance with law.
3) On registration of the appeals, issue notices to the respondent/s, returnable on 6th July, 2017. It be indicated in the notice that endeavour will be made to dispose of the matters
finally at the stage of admission.
