Perusal of the applications shows that the delay caused in filing appeals is sufficiently explained. Averments made in the applications are not controverted by filing counter affidavit. 4.

Hence for the stated reasons, Applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. First Appeals be registered. Applications are accordingly disposed of.
