We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners. A serious issue has been raised and the same has been addressed to the District Collector. The Petitioners claim to be personally affected. 2.

In view of the above, we direct the District Collector, Beed to look into the representation of the Petitioners dated 06.03.2024. If required, the Chief Engineer of the Maharashtra State Thermal Power Station, Parli Vaijnath Dist. Beed may be called upon to express his view and the grievance of the Petitioners be redressed. All stakeholders, if any, shall be given opportunity of hearing. Let this exercise be completed within 90 days.
