All these petitioners claimed to be identically placed. All of them have tendered their representations to Respondent No.1 with a prayer that the representation may be considered and a decision may be taken whether the lands of the petitioners can be acquired. 2.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off. Let Respondent No.1 deal with the representations of the petitioners, as are set out in the prayer clause (B). A decision be arrived at within 90 days.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion about the grievance of the Petitioners and the competent authority is at liberty to take a decision on the contentions put forth by the Petitioners, on their own merits.
