Undisputedly, these applications are covered by the order passed by this Court in connected matters on 03/04/2023, whereby this Court has directed respondents acquiring body to
3 932-CA-5802-25.odt deposit remaining 25% of the compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon within a period of 12 weeks from the date of order.

Learned advocate for applicants submits that after the amount is deposited by respondents, claimants may be permitted to withdraw the same.

In the light of above, civil applications are allowed. Respondents acquiring body to deposit the remaining 25% amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon within a period of 12 weeks from today. After the amount is deposited by the respondents, applicants/claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the same as per their entitlement by furnishing usual undertaking to the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
