It is to be noted that the said appeal is tagged along with first appeal No.3552 of 2018 in which civil application No.6345 of 2019 has been filed by the appellant therein for reissuance of notice to respondent No.6. Unless the said process is heard, the matter cannot be taken for final hearing.

Under such circumstance, Civil Application No.6345 of 2019 is allowed. Re-issue notice to respondent No.6 in First Appeal No.3552 of 2018, returnable on 11.10.2019.
