The appellant has filed this appeal for enhancement of compensation. The appellant-claimant with his counsel and Mr. Rahul Kulkarni, officer of Insurance Company with counsel of Company are present. Parties are identified by their respective counsels.

The appellant and Insurance Company have filed compromise memo which is marked "X" for the identification. The respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs. 5,00,000/- towards full and final settlement to the appellant within 45 days from receiving the copy of award and Insurance Company has agreed to deposit additional compensation in this Court.

Court fee, if any, be refunded to the appellant. 4.

Award be prepared accordingly in terms of compromise pursis "X".
