Per Court :- Present Criminal Application is filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail in connection with CR No. 2/2015 registered with Police Station, Vadodbazar, District - Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

[2] In the application, at paragraph No.4, following statement is made :- "The petitioner has not filed similar petition in the Supreme court of India.".

The applicant has not made a statement as required that :- "No petition of similar nature is pending before this Court.".

2/2 cri.appln. 2764.15..sxw [3] Criminal Application No.2136/15 is filed on 18th April, 2015. Present Criminal Application No.2764/15 is filed on 30th May, 2015. Criminal Application No.2764/15 is filed subsequent to Criminal Application No.2136/15.

In Criminal Application No.2136/15 Applicant - Ravindra Patil, (Applicant in Criminal Application No.2764/15) is party before this court as Applicant No.2.

Thus, material fact that Applicant - Ravindra is already before this Court is suppressed in Criminal Application No.2764/15. [4] The person, who seeks helping hand from the Court must approach before the court, with clean hands. Here Applicant - Ravindra Pralhad Patil (Applicant in Criminal Application No.2764/15) has suppressed material fact from this Court. Thus, surely he is not entitled for any discretionary relief at the hands of this Court. Thus, Criminal Application No.2764/15 is dismissed for suppressing material fact from the Court. (V.M.
