PER COURT :- In identical circumstances, writ petition No.9650/2014 has been disposed of with liberty to petitioner to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited by the Insurance Company towards full and final settlement of the claims. The instant petition is similar in all respects as that of the disposed matter.

Considering this aspect, the instant petition is also disposed of with liberty to petitioner to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance company. The claims raised by the petitioner shall stand satisfied finally and there shall be no further claim on account of interest or any other component.

Writ petition is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, do not survive and stand disposed of.
