In the present petition, the petitioner has sought direction to the respondents to forward the mobile phone seized from him immediately to the Forensic Laboratory, Kalina for further forensic investigation.

Learned A.P.P. placed on record the copy of the letter dated 04/06/2015 addressed to Director, Central Forensic Laboratory, Mumbai, by which mobile handset has been forwarded to it. The copy of the said letter is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 4.
Since the prayer made in the writ petition stands satisfied, the petition stands disposed of.
