Considering that the petitioner has already availed of a remedy by preferring an execution petition, wherein the order to deposit the compensation amount as per the arbitral award has already been passed, the learned Advocate for the petitioner prays on instructions to withdraw this petition. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off in the light of the above instructions and in view of the statement of the Acquiring Body, that the amount is being deposited before the Executing Court after following the due procedure within a period of two months from today.
