In view of order passed on 11.06.2025, learned APP is getting information from the Investigating Officer that the chargesheet has been filed in the matter. 2.

In view of aforesaid development learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that if the petitioners are not satisfied with the charge-sheet then they have a right to move to trial Court/Magistrate for investigation under Section 193 (a) of BNSS and seek liberty, however, we are of the opinion that if the right is already given in the status, then there is no question of granting liberty. 3.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners, therefore, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the petition. 4.
