It is now informed by the Petitioner that the posting of Respondent No.3 is changed to Delhi and the Petitioner desires to place on record the Delhi address of Respondent No.3.

Leave to add the new address of Respondent No.3, within one week.

After addition of new address, office to re-issue notice to Respondent No.3 on the new address at Delhi, returnable on 05.08.2024. The Petitioner is also permitted to serve Respondent No.3 with Advocate's notice via email or Speed Post AD and produce a service affidavit with a tracking report.
