The petitioner, who claims to be differently-abled is seeking to derive benefit of the transfer policy stating to be applicable to him. His representation dated 9.12.2021 is pending with the respondent No.2. Even prior thereto, it appears that he had submitted application alongwith communication dated 20.7.2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representations (supra) are considered.

Writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation referred to hereinabove, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six weeks.
