By order dated 2nd August 2021, interim relief was granted to the applicant with direction to report the Investigating Officer on 5th, 7th, 9th and 13th August 2021. The application came up for hearing on 14th September 2021 and it was pointed by learned A.P.P. on instructions that the applicant had not complied with the direction of attendance. Hence the interim order was vacated. Notice was issued to the applicant returnable on 30th September 2021. The said notice has been served upon the applicant. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that he is not getting any instructions from the applicant. The applicant is not responding to his calls.
