We have heard Mr. Talekar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Bora, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the Commissioner, Parbhani Municipal Corporation, Parbhani has forwarded a proposal seeking approval to regularize the services of the employees. The name of the petitioner also appears in the list sent to the Government for approval. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petition can be disposed of by giving directions to the State to decide the said proposal

2 wp 5575.15 submitted by the Municipal Corporation, Parbhani dated 01.06.2016.

The respondent No. 2 shall take decision on the proposal submitted by the respondent No. 4 seeking regularization of the services of the employees vide proposal dated 01.06.2016 expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of communication of this order. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
