CORAM

: S. V. GANGAPURWALA & V. L. ACHLIYA , JJ.

DATE :

13th February, 2015 PER COURT :

1.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

2.

The petitioners are seeking admission to Postal D. Ed. Course. Admission to the petitioner for postal D. Ed. Course was denied in the year 2004, almost 11 years back. It would not be fruitful to consider the claim of the petitioner after slumber of 11 years. In case the petitioners are entitled and eligible to apply for the postal D. Ed. Course, then the petitioners, if they wish, may apply to the authorities seeking admission for the Postal D. Ed. Course. That application shall be considered by the authorities on its own merits. Even otherwise, the petitioners had asked for the admission for the year 2004-2005. The said period would not survive. The writ petitions, as such, disposed of. No costs. (V. L. ACHLIYA, J.) ( S. V.
