We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner, in the light of the prayer Clause 'B', which reads as under :- (B) Rule may kindly be made absolute and by issuing appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, respondent be directed to decide and act upon the representation dtd.11/04/2022 submitted by petitioner.

The learned Advocate Mr. N. D. Batule causes an appearance on behalf of the Municipal Council, on telephonic instructions. He submits that if this matter is to be considered on the various issues raised, he would have to take instructions.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the

WP 8038-2022 representation dated 07/07/2015 at page No.14 and 11/04/2022 at page No.22 addressed to the Chief Ofcer, Municipal Council, Shevgaon, be decided within a particular time frame. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

We would expect the respondent Chief Officer to consider the representation dated 07/07/2015 and 11/04/2022 by calling for reports from the officers of the Municipal Council. Upon verifying the situation, let the Chief Officer respond to these representations by taking an appropriate decision, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 10/10/2022.
