The application is filed under section 439 (2) of Cr.P.C. for cancellation of bail granted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Shahada, District Nandurbar in Criminal Bail Application No. 122/2013. The learned counsel for respondents/ original accused produced a copy of order made by this Court in Criminal Application No. 6174/2013. The said proceeding was also filed under section 439 (2) of Cr.P.C. for cancellation of same bail granted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. This Court after hearing both the sides refused to entertain the prayer and the application was rejected. In view of this circumstance, present application has become infructuous. There is no
