It is the case of the petitioner that nominations of respondent Nos. 6 and 7 have been wrongly accepted by respondent No. 4 for the election of respondent No. 5 - Society.

I have perused the documents filed on record, which includes the election programme. It reveals that the

2 W.P. 5576.2015 final voters' list was published on 06/05/2015. The nomination papers were to be submitted before 13/05/2015. The scrutiny of the nominations was to be held on 14/05/2015. All this process has already been completed and now the voting is scheduled on 07/06/2015. Since the process of election has reached advanced stage, in view of the Judgment of the Supreme Court in the matter of Shri Sant Sadguru Janardan Swami (Moingiri Maharaj) Sahakari Dugdha Utpadak Sanstha and Anr. Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors., (2001) 8 SCC 509, no interference is called for.
