Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

By way of present petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 20.10.2010 passed by the learned Industrial Court, Jalgaon in Complaint (ULP) No.07 of 2009.

After going through the papers, it is revealed that present petition is filed on 03.09.2020 after near about ten years. When a specific query was made why the complaint of 2010 is challenged in 2020, learned counsel for the petitioner invited my attention to para 4 of the petition by stating that though the order was passed on 20.10.2010, the corporation in the year 2011 itself has handed over the file to the then advocate of corporation to file a writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court and except this, no other ground was raised. It is unfortunate that such contention is being raised in a petition thereby blaming the advocate, who represented the same.
919-wp-964-2022.odt (2) There is no dispute that when the complaint was filed by the corporation through the counsel and only to make out a ground, such contentions are being made thereby making allegations against the advocate who represented it.

Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 20.10.2010 passed by the learned Industrial Court, Jalgaon in Complaint (ULP) No.07 of 2009, only on the ground that the order was passed in 2010 and the same is challenged in 2022 without there being any sufficient reasons. The reasons stated in para 4 are not proper. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition.
