An application has already been tendered by the petitioner to the Assistant Commissioner, Nanded Waghala Municipal Corporation on 23.4.2018. It is the grievance of the petitioner that in spite of tendering the application long back and pursuing the matter for considerable period, the respondents have not taken any steps.

In these facts and circumstances, we direct the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the provisions of law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from today and it is accordingly. 3.
