The learned advocate for the applicants submits vide this civil application that the name of deceased applicant no.1 in Civil Application No.3140 of 2019 and First Appeal No.889 of 2013, i.e. Zingabai w/o Nagnath Birle is wrongly typed as Zingabai w/o Tukaram Birle. The Applicants, therefore, pray that the name be corrected and similar corrections be carried out in the order dated 05.04.2021 passed in Civil Application No.3140 of 2019. The learned advocates for the nonapplicants do not oppose. 2.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed. Consequentially, the applicants are permitted to correct the name of deceased applicant no.1A as Zingabai Nagnath Birle. Correction be carried out within two weeks from today. The order dated 05.04.2021 in Civil Application No.3140 of 2019 also be corrected.
