5801.06wp (2) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had approached this Court seeking challenge to the order dated 28th July, 2006, issued by respondent No.2, declaring the petitioner as surplus teacher and further directing his absorption in an institution, namely, Basweshwar Primary School, Jewali, Taluka Lohara.

Learned Counsel further submits that during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner has expired. As such, the petition has rendered infructuous.
