Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicants. For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application No.4947/2014 for delay is allowed and the same stands disposed of.

Perused the grounds taken in the review application. The contentions of learned counsel appearing for the applicants that, the Co-operative Court had no jurisdiction to entertain the application is devoid of any merits. In fact while arguing the Writ Petition, it was submitted by learned counsel appearing for the applicants that, the

4947.14CA authority under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act has to conduct enquiry under Sections 83 and 88 of the said Act and then only, it is permissible to fix liability/responsibility of the directors. Having been made the said submissions, this Court proceeded to decide the Petition on merits and confirmed the order passed by the Cooperative Court. 2.

In that view of the matter, there is no error apparent on the face of record so as to review the order under review.

For the reasons aforesaid, the Review application stands rejected.
