Heard Mr. Rodge, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. Learned Addl. Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.2 invited our attention to the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondent No.2 by Shri Audumbar Sampatrao Ukirde, presently working as Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur. Learned Addl. Government Pleader also invited our attention to copy of the order dated 16.04.2018 which is annexed to the said reply. The Education Officer (Secondary), on

(2) CP-358.2019.odt hearing the President of the Society, Headmaster of School namely Venkatesh Secondary and Higher Secondary School, Gategaon and the petitioner himself, passed the said order. The Education Officer, in the order dated 16.04.2018 turned down the proposal for grant of approval to the petitioner. As the order passed by the Education Officer is in compliance of the order of the Division Bench of this Court dated 13.03.2018, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. Needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 16.04.2018, he is at liberty to take appropriate course of action by approaching to the competent forum in challenge to the order of Education Officer dated 16.04.2018.
