Present proceeding is fled for relief of quashing of F.I.R. No. 620/2016. Learned counsel Shri. H.V. Patil submitted that police fled 'C' summary report in the matter. The report is still pending. He submitted that other accused like Bapu Hazare have fled proceeding bearing Criminal Application No. 3131/2019 for quashing of F.I.R. and it came to be disposed of by this Court on 2.12.2019. As 'C' summary is fled in respect of entire crime and the present applicants are also accused in the said matter, it is up to the Magistrate to take decision on 'C' summary report and nothing remains in the matter. Present proceeding is disposed of.
