The petitioner had alleged the breach of order dated 08.12.2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 13685 of 2021 where under the respondent was directed to issue certified copy to the petitioner of the order dated 08.01.2021 passed by the Hon'ble Minister within a period of 15 days.

The learned APP submits that pursuant to the order dated 17.02.2023 the petitioner has been given a copy of the order dated 08.12.2021. He submits that the petitioner has not deposited the requisite charges and therefore the copy of the order dated 08.01.2021 could not be issued.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that his grievances stands redressed and in the event the petitioner needs a certified copy he will deposit the requisite fees and apply for the certified copy.
