Mr. Shinde, the learned counsel submits that, subject of Computer Science is not been given grant. Some of the colleges are given grant for the said subject. Even institution had made representation, however it is not considered. The Hon'ble Minister concerned had also directed the respondents to consider the said case. According to the learned counsel, the petitioners are the teachers working in the respondent No. 4/college on the said subject.

The college has got the permission since 1997 on non grant in aid basis. To seek grants, it is for the concerned college/society

2 wp 5153.14 to pursue the same. If the said college/society comes before the Court, the case of the said college can be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. The same cannot be considered at the behest of the petitioners.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
