Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.123 of 2023 registered with Jamkhed Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Section 395, 427, 323, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

Perused the papers. As per the allegations, nothing has been recovered from the applicant. He is an agriculturist by profession and permanent resident of Jamkhed. In view of the facts of the case, the applicant deserve bail on certain conditions. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

928-ba-824-2023.odt (2) (ii) The applicant, Vishal Nandu @ Nandkumar Gangawane, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that he shall not threat the witnesses or the complainant.

(iii) The applicant shall not enter any of the Kalakendra in village Jamkhed, till conclusion of the trial.
