A) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL OF AMOUNT :

Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amounts of compensation, which have been deposited by the acquiring body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. The

2 64 CA 4311-23+ acquiring body has deposited only 50% of the compensation amounts.

This court in other connected matters has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 60% of the deposited 75% amounts. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire 50% deposited amounts of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

The civil applications are accordingly disposed of. B) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR STAY :

Since the appellant - acquiring body in all these matters, has deposited the amounts of compensation as directed by this court, the applications are made absolute in terms of prayer clause-B and disposed of.

C) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR DELAY CONDONATION : 1.

The appellant - acquiring body in all these applications, is seeking condonation of delay of 372 days, which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. There is no strong objection from other side and therefore the delay of 372 days stands condoned.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any. Applications are accordingly disposed of. ( SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J. ) VS Maind/-
