Per Court :- This is an application for bail at very initial stage of investigation, filed by landlord who is bent upon to get the tenanted premises vacated during the extended period of agreement of tenancy by taking recourse of force, by entering into tenanted premises, throwing household articles of tenant on road and assaulting tenant with dangerous weapon, resulting into injuries to tenant - Sindhubai. [2] Investigation is in progress. This is not a case wherein discretion should be exercised in favour of such Applicants, who want to take the law into their own hand.
