Heard Mr. Abhaysinh Bhosale, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Dighe, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. [2] After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Abhaysinh K. Bhosale, learned counsel, upon instructions from his client, seeks permission to withdraw the present Applications with liberty to file fresh application before the trial court, after filing of the charge sheet. Permission is granted. Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to move application for bail afresh before the trial court, after filing of the charge sheet.
