DATE : 28TH JULY, 2023 ORDER :- Today the review applicant i.e. party-in-person is heard, as he wants review of the order passed by this Court on 21st April, 2023. 2.

When it has been explained to him, as to why translation in Hindi for the respondent No.2 is necessary, he agrees that he would provide Hindi translation of the petition and other documents which are in Marathi to the respondent No.2 on or before 21st August, 2023. 3.

Thereupon, he agrees that his review petition be disposed of, however, he prays that some time bound order be passed in respect of the

We expect that if the translation copies are provided by the petitioner to the respondent No.2 on or before 21st August, 2023, then, reply on behalf of respondent No.2 be filed on or before 8th September, 2023, by giving a copy thereof to the other side in advance. 5.

Review petition is accordingly disposed of.

List the PIL for further consideration on 11th September, 2023.
