We have heard party in person, who submits that, shiv is required to be cleared and the road is necessary to be constructed. As it is black cotton soil, in rainy season the villagers face problems while travelling through the said shiv. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that, the Tahsildar has instructed him that from 23.03.2017 the steps would be taken to clear the Antarwali-Nandurshikari Shiv Rasta. The Tahsildar has given said instructions to the Circle Officer, Kukana, so also Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Newasa.

We hope and trust that the respondents would adhere to the said statement and shall take effective steps to clear the said shiv and that the said shiv shall be repaired as required so as to enable the villagers to use it for their transportation.
