The grievance of the petitioner is that, the salary is not paid. Mr. Humbe, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, when petition was filed the salary since November 2013 was not paid.

Mr. Bora, the learned counsel submits that, after filing of petition, the salary till August 2014 is paid to the petitioner. The said fact is not disputed by Mr. Humbe, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the fact that, since September 2014 the salary

2 wp 5214.14 is not paid to the petitioner, so also considering the difficulties shown by respondent Nos. 2 and 4 regarding financial stringencies, we pass the following order.

The respondent Nos. 2 and 4 shall pay the arrears of salary to the petitioner expeditiously and under any circumstances within a period of six (6) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
