The petitioner has filed the writ petition with following prayer : B) By issue of Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ, Order, or Direction in the nature of mandamus the Respondents may kindly be directed to pay him arrears of salary arising out of revised pay fixation, promotion, annual increment and all other consequential benefits for the period from 09.06.1997 till his reinstatement treating

( 2 ) wp 6844.17 him to be in continuity service during the above period, forthwith.

In fact, the writ petition is unwarranted. This Court under order dated 19.06.2014 in Writ Petition No. 820 of 2001 has observed that Respondent No.1 shall be entitled for continuity in service and all other consequential benefits for the period from 09.06.2017 till the reinstatement.

The present petitioner was the Respondent No.1 in the said Writ Petition No. 820 of 2001.

In view of the fact that the relief claimed in the present writ petition is already granted to him in Writ Petition No. 820 of 2001 under judgment dated 19.06.2014. No further orders are required. 5.
